Chef Samir will be hosting a taste testing on October 25, as well as a book signing at the Marketplace. This is your chance to have a meet and greet before the exclusive dinners, wine and spirits tastings, and industry panel discussions.

The Shef Food + Wine event is a four-day culinary experience hosted by our good friends Chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley of T2D Concepts. The event will be a foodieâs heaven, plus, thereâs a pickleball tournament!
What makes this experience even sweeter is that it will award scholarships to culinary students and funds to RECIPE, an industry learning platform supported by T2D and the Texas Restaurant Foundation.
