Our History

Founded in 1999 by restaurateur Phil Romano, Nick & Sam's has become one of Dallas' most popular dining destinations. Our universal appeal is a result of exceptional prime steaks, chops and seafood paired with an extensive wine list of 450 selections and outstanding service.

Nick & Sam's, named for a young son (Sam) and the son of a friend of Principal Philip Romano (Nick), is the culmination of Mr. Romano's extensive experience in concepting, designing and managing highly successful and original restaurant operations throughout the United States. An exceptional management and service staff has been assembled by Co-Owner Joseph Palladino to ensure optimum performance from the initial opening with the goal of maintaining the highest customer satisfaction.
